Someone recently tried to use an application to sign in to your Google Account . We prevented the sign-in attempt in case this was a hijacker trying to access your account. Please review the details of the sign-in attempt:

There are different methods of getting passwords to accounts. Most involve targeting a wide array of accounts, not just one.   Anyways,  do not think you can't get viruses just because you have a mac.  If your gmail account gets compromised and you have it linked to important accounts...well you know. What security program do you use?

Virus barrier express. The primest of the prime virus protectors.

My neighbor started dropping porn on the desk top in our house and dropped all these messages saying how we need to lock our internet. My internet is not protected as of now and is very high trafic. Could it be that some one on my network has a virus then that allows the people to connect to all the computers on the same network?

Well I know that macs can still get viruses, its not like I have windows 7.

Probably.......although contrary to popular belief, porn sites do not have a high amount of viruses.  Nonetheless, if I had a guess it would be from your neighbor logging on to your network.  IMO, put a pass on the network and don't let the situation get out of hand.

make sure when you change your password you don't do it through the link they send you- could be hackers trying to get your pass... go to the google login and change it there.

Every operating system can get viruses.  A virus is just a bunch of code that follows what the user programs it to do. Most viruses are designed for one operating system.  You can't have a virus work on a mac that is designed for windows.  It just won't happen. 

My point is the reason why Linux does not get many viruses is because most viruses are not designed for linxus.  There are over 500 million people that run windows 7 why try to prey on the .......???500,000??? people that run Linux.
