Kids hating on my tall things

I am a senior. And if I wear anything to school that's considered tall there is certain kids who rip me apart. I don't mind much. but does this happen to you or?... Any good come backs? It's just annoying at this point.

I know right? this happens to me all the time. People just don't understand that tall stuff is cool. They are like stuck in 2000 or something lol. I tell them their shirts look so gay and they never listen. Like yesterday I was rockin my 17XL Jiberish and they didn't even compliment me on it. wtf

Tallest thing I ever wear to school is a medium, long fit armada hoodie, nobody gives me shit for it but I feel a little weird. I think it's best to leave ski gear for skiing, it doesn't look that cool when you're just walking around anyway, and people who aren't skiers (most people) will think you're weird.

My buddy freshman year would wear a tall tee like once a week, and every time he did this one girl in our history class would comment on it to try to flirt with him. He thought she was sarcastically making fun of him the whole time, and he fucking hated her for it. I've never seen somebody get so angry over a compliment before. The girl was pretty attractive too.

My response was to wear ski clothes on the hill and not dress like a homeless person around town. Go to H&M (there are many other great stores, but H&M is affordable and looks good as well as being widely available) find some clothing that fits you, if the size has more than one X infront of it you probably dont need it. Shirts should fall 0.5-3" below the belt line, jeans should be around your hips, not your thighs. coats can fall anywhere you please.
Slim ≠ skinny, dont be afraid to buy clothes that fit.
Guys may call you gay for looking decent but the girls will take note and before you know it you will be rolling in ladies (and their accompanying body parts.)

If in doubt a plain t shirt with a pair of jeans is always a safe bet

One final tip, ditch the writing on shirts, some graphics are okay but sweet jesus stay away from the "joke" T's

I'm pretty lucky where I am from. Almost every person that is "cool" here wears tall stuff. Jiberish, saga, and they just look genuinely steezy all the time. ya know what i'm sayin? It's pretty good because we dont have to change on and off the hill. And if you care what people are thinking about you, either don't care anymore or do something to make it so that you don't feel that way.
