How to use a gummie stone to de-tune your edges

It's gonna be tough, I would say use a file. It's easier to round the edges with a file, and then finish with a gummi stone.

Yeah i used a file to get my edges rounded underfoot (don't do it without instruction) and a gummie stone is used to remove and burs or small nicks protruding from the edge, not so much to actually go through the process or rounding the edge itself.

Files are made to work metal like that without degrading, gummi stones will wear quickly and we wouldn't want that! 

Personally I wouldn't even mess with it with a gummi stone, I'd file to detune and call it a day but I don't ski park and only detune agead of contact points on rockered boards to avoid hookiness.  Good luck though!

u could use a gummy stone if u are scared of cracking ur edges when using a file, it will take a hell of a long time though, and if ur getting them mounted ask the shop to do it for u

how do u file down the edges though? my bangs always catch an edge on rails
