SAGA SIZING

Okay newschoolers, so I have this years fatigues pants in M. They fit me semi skinny (pics below). I'm selling them because want to get something more baggy. Im definetly gonna get anomies but I dont know what size to get. Im afraid if I get M they will be too smal. Im 5'5". So the question is do I get M or L? +K FOR ANSWERS
