The Atomic Sit-up

When I was probably 8 years old my brother gave me an atomic sit-up. My sister was his accomplice holding the towel over my face.

lol i have done this many times as well, never gets old. Although people call it the impossible sit up around where i am from but whatever, perfect song haha

Round here its called the Olympic sit-up. Egging guys to see if they are Olympic strong makes it almost too easy to do
