Replying to Wrist/Thumb injury
Hello all.
So back in late november on my first day of the year I ate it. Landed on my wrist and fucked it up a bit. I iced it and it hurt for 2 or 3 weeks. It gradually got better so I didn't really think of it that much.
However now a month and a half later it still hurts a bit. When I put pressure on my flat palm like in a pushup it hurts and I can't put too much weight on it. I know I should go to the Doctor but I don't wanna have a cast on my hand for the rest of ski season.
Any advice from people who have had wrist injuries?
