GoPro battery question

Hi ns!

My GoPro hero 3 silver edition runs out power quickly on the mountain. Is there some typical mistake i could've made, or does the battery simply suck?

I've got the Hero 2 and I, too, found the battery life disappointing. I just got a second battery. Wasn't too expensive and completely solved the problem.

Depending on what settings your running the battery life varies. But overall the battery life on GoPros is disappointing. Get the auxiliary battery or whatever it's called, it's a real help and you won't have to drop too much £££

yeah, the gopro battery run outs very quickly, 1h30 for me when skiing for 3h when mountain biking ! that's why i always take 4 batteries when skiing

One of my batterys for my hero 2 seems to not even hold a charge anymore. I charged it one night and when i started it on the mountain the next day it was dead when it said fully charged that morning.
