i twisted my knee today while skiing in POW POW wondering how long takes to heal to get make with my skis under me

Not just pow, but POW POW!!! and approximately 67.3234 days....or you could just go to the doctor if you think something is actually wrong besides being sore

Seriously knees suck. Get out checked out before it gets worse. That's what I did I'm just starting to ski again and I had surgery this summer

need more details, your recovery time could range from a day to life (although since you said "twisted" and not "absolutely destroyed" I would assume that its on the shorter end of that spectrum)

I twisted my knee riding pow too. It was so soar and could barely move that day and the next day but then after that it was back to normal. It was weird.
