ayooo today I found the outside part of a toonie on the hill.

At the high school I used to meet at for cubs (scouts for younger kids) the plastic thing on the inside of the inside of a cap from a coke bottle or whatever worked in the candy machines

yea they will give you a loonie for it. same with if you rip a bill in half, each half is worth 1/2 of the value of the bill provided it still has the serial number.

nah. there are 2 serial numbers on each bill, 1 serial number is worth 1/2 the value of the bill. otherwise everyone would rip their bills in half and double their money.
