If i were you, i'd practice one thing at a time..
Start with 2 out's because you almost have those.
Try to not get so much speed too, it'll really make you practice your balance if you're going slower.
To make your 2 out's look better and feel better, try scissoring the rail. so front foot grinding side of rail kinda.. This will rlly help make your spinning out easier.
Once you have your 2's smooth, u can start doing swaps.. and when you do them, try landing switch instead. If you swap then land switch, ull complete your swap much more. Right now youre landing like 45 degrees as opposite to 90 degress to the rail.
