First make you 2's a clean as you get them. Then just set the spin harder by scissoring and just spot your landing as quickly as you can. Once you land one of them you'll figure out that they aren't actually that hard to get around as long is somewhat off the ground.

A tip that really helped me for front 4's is to just quickly throw your lead hand behind your back while you pop off and don't forget to bring your knees up.

for front 4s

When you are on the rail wait until near the end to drop your tail so you dont go off early and also so you can get enough grip. when u are at the end drop your tail and spin with your whole body and when you come around 4 you will be able to see your landing and ride away, if you keep landing too far backseat try spinning more off your tips than your tails.

for blind 4s

same as with front wait until near the end of the rail and drop your tip quickly and spin, with blind fours u can come around like a blind 2 and spot your landing over your shoulder which can help. be sure not to spin too much with your arms or your trunk will get twisted and it fucking hurts.

Try starting with what ever one is your natural way of spinning. I like blind 4's because i have more time to spot the landing. try to learn them off a rail with a good size drop and a mellow landing. Also, remember speed is your friend
