Mpd Help

I'm not sure which one to get, But i am thinking the Akai Mpd 26 but it also only has 6 knobs and everyone says im going to want one with 8 later on
Any tips on which mpd to get?
Dont want a maschine my wallets not that fat right now

Ableton, just the demo though im probably going to upgrade soon though

I use an apc 40. Knobs are helpful. Thats all i can say. six knobs works fairly fine for mixing 2 songs. but you dont get many effects.
