Drop Down List for Mobile

So I'm wondering/suggesting if the buttons at the top of the mobile page could become drop down menus.

Mainly what I'm going for is if the "Forums" button could be clicked and all the different forums dropped down and whatever one you wanted to navigate to could be clicked instead of having to be redirected to the "Forums" page. This would just make it faster navigating between forums.

I also think the "Forums" button could be made so if it was clicked twice it would go to the forums page allowing users to read the descriptions of each forum.
