Skis got Jacked in the mail

ordered some line afterbangs from rei... when the package arrived the box was empty!!! either my mail man is rocking my skis or some doucher lifted them during the shipping process.... any ideas




rei is going to send me another set, after they talk to UPS and they do some investigating!!!!!!!

I have never heard of this happening. Are there two sets of tape on your box (one from REI and one from whoever opened them taping it back up again)? Or was the package opened when it arrived at your door? Whenever a package gets shipped they usually weigh it at every stop to make sure nothing is added or taken from the box.
