Heading to sqauw valley on friday at 5pm but there is a 100% chance of snow from noon to 10pm and projected totals of 6 inches to a foot, If it did snow how much does it take to shut down an airport and how long does it take them to reopen? My other option would be to drive to denver to avoid flying out of my own town and hopefully avoid the snow? Any ideas?
