It's allll over the news right now. I thinks it's kind of bs that he can just say fuck you to everyone and do what he wants. News anchors are comparing it to Cuba or other dictatorships. Do you agree with his choice to bypass congress?

oh. no. i said that working under the assumption that we were talking about a specific situation that you couldn't hope to win, not as a general principle. in most cases, whenever you have a chance of winning, yeah, of course you should fight tyranny. sorry for that confusion too.

back when i first said that? no. we were talking about the hypothetical situation of the u.s. army turning on it's citizens, and under the assumption that they would win whether or not u.s. citizens were armed. or at least i was. if you weren't, then, again, sorry for the confusion.

the part that i said it. you said and ihe then went back to his car to go grab a gun out of his glove compartment. i then said if some one said to me im going to back to my car to get my gun and i was in my car i would then drive away not stay and pull out my gun for a fire fight which is what your dad or uncle did (which i don't believe you btw). no idea how that you got OMG when someone has a gun and is in your house you shouldn't have a gun too. but as always you never have a real argument so you make shit up good job.

I have no idea what the point of this post is, but you asked the question how many mentally ill people can fool a psychological testing. That's actually a very good question and, Being that I'm not a psychologist I like to see you statistic on it.

i think it would be pretty easy to fool a psych test. it sorta depends. someone born crazy and evil wouldnt be able to because they will just be an absolute nut job. but somebody who had a normal life than totally snapped and made some kick ass plan to shoot up a bunch of people, theres no stopping him.

I just think about myself. What if i got so fed up with people and society that i just wanted to kill a shit ton of people. No mental test would stop me. Id answer every question how i know every question is supposed to be answered, then theyd hand me my AK and id start wasting people.

i think most people who wanna kill a bunch of people think an a whole different level than us regular folk. not necessarily smarter, just different. they would know how to get what they want

i don't know. it's a good question. on the flip side, do you really think that someone who is disturbed enough to want to kill a whole bunch of people they have never met before in their life is going to be able to hide it?

so, yeah, at least for him it seemed like it was at least somewhat well known/suspected that he had struggles with mental illness.


and, again, no system is going to be perfect, of course people are going to slip through the cracks, but that seems like a bad reason to say we should do nothing, doesn't it? doesn't it sound wrong to you to say "oh, well this won't work 100 percent and some people may or may not be able to beat the tests, so it's best if we just do nothing at all?"

That's the equivalent of saying 2+2=5, then when someone proves you wrong saying "I don't care it doesn't matter"

1. Can you back any of this up with citations, etc?
2. I don't know how good your world history is, but you should know that there are a hell of a lot more reasons why the most of these groups were able to be exterminated so easily.
3. There are plenty of records of rebellions from those groups that were crushed, even with weapons.
4. Those are all examples based around extermination of a single group, which is completely irrelevant to what we're talking about in this thread.

And yes, fuck you I'm 15.

The onus is on you to prove him wrong in any of those scenarios. It's commonly accepted that civilian disarmament precedes mass genocide, I think we can all agree on that.


Your third point sort of hits a nerve with me. What do you suggest they do when faced with overwhelming tyranny? Simply lay down and take it? If you say yes, then I guess you'll just never understand my point of view. I simply wouldn't allow my personal liberty to be infringed upon, and I'm willing to die for it.

It is relevant because the 2nd amendment is in place to PROTECT against governmental tyranny. WHICH INCLUDES GENOCIDE.That's why there's a militia clause in it too homie. So we can form raw ass bands of warriors roaming the country side killing government troops tryna suppress us all hard.

just read the first few lines of your post.

Today i was driving home from downtown, gun on my waist. Car behind me gets all pissy about something, i dont know what. He honks and me, flips me off and speeds by me with his hand out the window once we got on the freeway.

I just politely wave to him as he drives by. One thing about carrying a gun is that you have to be cool. You cant have any emotions. You have to be a robot.

I probably could have followed the guy, got in an argument, fight then killed him because i felt my life was in danger and not gotten in any trouble. But anyone who has that mentality shouldnt have a gun. Sorta referencing the driving incident gun death you mentioned zzz

show me where i said it is not a god-given right. i said i didn't know what that meant and asked if it said so in the bible. i still don't know what it means. as someone who isn't religious it just sounds like the kind of thing one would say when they don't really have any logical argument to make so they just say it is "god-given so there i win." We've had this knife and bat argument five times in this thread I keep having to explain this to you. I would not use a knife or bat to defend myself against a gunman and I explained to you that's not what I said. Just because I wouldn't use a gun in a few situations doesn't mean I'm completely against them, Kind of like just because I fight MMA doesn't mean I beat the crap out of Everyone who pisses me off and I think deservers to get punched. There are proper times to use a gun and unnecessary times to use a gun. That is my believe I don't know why this is so hard for you to understand.

I doubt that will ever happen. Actually I hope that never happens, I would hate to see the shit show this country would turn into if the government tried to forcefully take guns away.

I somehow don't think it would be that easy. I think they would have a BIG problem and that's putting it softly.
