To clarify, I made the thread about escaping the friend-zone. However, somehow people from my school saw it and hilarity ensued. The story is very lengthy. My question can be rephrased as: do you expect your friends on NS to keep your posts/threads private from the non-NS community?

when i was a sophomore in high school in the peak of my ns'terbating faggy internet shithead phase, Balto posted a photo on here from my facebook of my art class as a way to make fun of me and, to deviate from the unflattering nature of myself in the photo, i said some not so nice things about one of the girls in my class, including her "bewbz" (yes i spelled it like that) and her being "kind of a whore" and stuff that was completely ridiculous, fabricated, and preposterously immature.

she somehow found the picture through a friend and messaged me on here one day over the summer with a link to the picture. i had him delete the photo, but turns out when a picture on ns has been deleted by the user the direct link to the photo still shows all of the comments and everything, so just when i though the crisis was averted she sent it around to tons of people at my school, most of whom were in my friend group. i showed up after summer break to find her hating me, several of her friends hating me, and all of my friends giving me endless shit about "bewbz." it sucked. she was also one of the 3 girls who talked to me freshman year and i had a huge crush on her, so afterwards i receded even further into the depths of basement dwelling
