It seems like you are bit too tense, (not bending knees that much.. etc). And waving bit too much.
And when you land switch, try to lean bit back, like really small amount and bending your knees a bit, that has helped me a lot at landing switch and skiing switch. And do some muscle training for your whole body, gives you a lot more control.
But who am I to say, I am not that good. And just have fun, style will come naturally.
