Wondering what skis you guys liked. I am looking for skis that are sick in the park have a lot of pop and are buttery. I would also like them to hold up out of the park with not a lot of chattering, but also want to hear your guys opinions on skis you have ridden in the past or still ride to this day?
The Elan puzzles are a really good park ski and they are mass durable. I've skied everything from urban to normal park skiing and their great. Not a lot of people that ski them but I've skied on mine for 2 full seasons and love them.
I have both the 09/10 and 11/12 Atomic Punx and am going to get another pair of punx for my next ski because they are the best skis I've skied to date, poppy durable and really fun.
Pop and buttery usually go together very well. Pop is gonna mean a stiffer ski and buttery is gonna be softer. A lot of companies have done a good job at combining the two by adding rocker to the tip and tail (Also known as butter zones, jib rocker, etc.) allowing for a little more give when youre trying to press the ski. K2 Domains, Line TC's and Volkl Ledges all have this.
Armada AR7s great park ski, absolutely bombproof construction(been riding em for two years no problem), and can hold their own as a carving ski as well for when you want to go outside of the park.
