I just woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in my right neck/trapezoid area. I had this problem once or twice over winter break but it never woke me up from sleep, I just felt it in the morning. This is worse though. Like sleeping on my neck funny x 10. I can barely move my right arm and I icy-hotted the shit of my entire ride side and took 3 ibuprofen and it still hasnt made it feel any better in a half hour. I tried stretching it but it hurts too much and I cant. I hate myself right now so much..

Oh I got this looked at like a week ago cause the pain never went away fully and I injured my thoracic nerve somehow, and I developed a scapular wing because of it(which looks like this):
