Switch cork 5 explanation?

Looking to get these this weekend since its such a sick and fun looking trick. I can already do switch rodeos, switch 5's, and regular cork 5's. I just want to know how to throw it and whats the best grab to go for to lead me to my feet. Thanks!+k

Basically take off and your going to throw your feet in front of you and lie on your back and look around to keep your rotation going
