First set of college grades

So I just got my grades back from my first semester of college. I got a 2.3 and I'm fucking pissed, but it really is my fault so its all at myself. Am I fucked or is it possible to recover from this? Has anyone else been in a similar situation or can anyone relate? I feel awful and am sort of depressed about this whole situation. Also this isn't an alias.

Tried in school for the first time in a while first semester freshman year at college. Pretty stoked on my two B+'s and two A-'s only to take the dick from a C in spanish which I'm never going to use ever and my teacher is a fat bitch who doesn't know what she's doing in a classroom and I may kill her next semester FUCKKKKKKK/rant

3.8 If i would have just not gone skiing on the day of the stupid Nutritional Science class I would've gotten a 4 point. oh well I'm pretty happy with it.
