As said before, wash jeans as less as possible.
For dry denim I would wait at least 6 months until the first wash.
For pre-washed it is not necessary to delay the first wash so long.

After this no more than once per 30 days of wear is recommended in both cases.

Also never use the tumble dryer.

anyways.. jeans. duh... I always wash my ski socks... freshly cleaned ski socks are the best.

hey! I have a high efficiency washer/dryer. But also my husband worked construction- his jeans were covered in concrete daily- so didn't have much of a choice. He has a new job now though, so the daily pant wash is no longer.
