I don't listen to music when I ski park. Music reduces my concentration, I still can't throw most my tricks without being 200% in to it.

No music at all. I have to concentrate and when music is going I cant focus how I want to. Plus I rely on the sound of my skis taking off, landing, carving, etc. to know how to respond.

The sound thing comes from my past with skateboarding so in skiing it might not be as much as a factor as I think it is

i find that listening to smooth stuff is best for my style, i stomp my ticks when i'm listening to gang starr and onra, or outkast. gotta go with those peeps when skiing, or some chillstep. if i need to get hyped, i but out the raw stuff, like Wu, DMX, what have you. and i put that stuff in the edits. smooth music while skiing makes for a smooth style, your body n shit will just be more at ease n shit and relaxed and stompin, and then for the edit you put in some dirty Wu, and it'll come out great.
