Replying to Looking for a thread

I'm pretty sure it was in NSG and not ladiesmen cult but either way it was a thread about how to be more positive and be happier. There were a bunch of steps and ways to do it, one of them was about caring more about the people who care about you, focusing on them, and not caring about the people who dont. Because those people are such a small percent of people and you need to focus on the ones who care. I think I'm way off there but I keep trying to explain this to people and just want to source the thread.
