Not sure if this is a gear talk thread, but I felt my experience with ON3P should be known.
My pre ordered Jmos came in October and I took them in with my bindings to get drilled and mounted at my local shop with plenty of time to spare before my upcoming trip to whistler. Two weeks later The shop owner calls. He mis-drilled them somehow and knew I didn't want them drilled twice. He immediately said he'd buy me another pair, but them being in limited supply, we didn't know if it was even possible.
I call ON3P and speak to Ryan (I think his name was, my memory blows) and he tells me the ones they have left are probably earmarked for retail stores, but he'll check with the boss and let me know. I get another call an hour or two later telling me they'll just press me another pair and ship it out so I can have it in time for my trip. They work out the details with my shop and I get my replacements with two days to spare.
Needless to say I couldn't be more amazed at their willingness to help me out and get mey skis when I needed them. As if most of this forum didn't already know, they're awesome and I figured another story of why wouldn't hurt.
Also the skis fucking rock. That is all.
