Looking for a soft park ski just to use in the park 100%. I'm 5'2 and want a length of around 160. I want the ski to be extremely soft. What do you recommend? I've considered the infamous, anthem(TC),afterbang, domain.
I strongly recommend the armada halos. i have a set from this year and they are by far my favourite park ski i have ever owned. Super soft and very low swing weight due to the half cap construction, so they are supper playful. Also they have some early rise in the tip and tail makes nollies and shuffles feel like sex. check em out.
My 2 picks would be the Domain and TC. The Infamous isn't that soft, seeing as Jossi was doing Big Air with them...
Domain: Full Rocker, SUPPPEERRRR SOFT. Noodley ski. The softest ever. Great for surface swaps. Not too stable. Pretty heavy but it's indestructible.
TC: Traditional Camber with minimal early rise. Wider, A bit stiffer than the domain (Keep in mind that this is still very soft). It will be more stable on jumps. Thicker base/edges than old anthem. Great durability.
Comparison: The TC has a faster base than the Domain and will hold up better carving on ice due to the camber. The Domain will be easier to butter and surface swap. Again, the TC will be more stable on jumps.
