Salomon Rocker 2

My friend offered me a pair of Salomon rocker 2s in 184. 2011 model year. I'm 5'9" 160lbs. He said he wants 500 for them, which is an awesome price since they're barely used and come with sth 16s. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get them, but is there anything about the ski that should make me hold off?

If they haven't been used a lot $500 with STH16 Driver is a decent deal. Are you going to be needing to remount them?

Might need to remount. I wear a 26 boot and I think he wears a 28.5. The skis are barely used though, since he has 3 other pairs of pow skis hahaha.

I have the same skis, they are amazing! $500 is a sweet price, especially since bindings are included, I paid about the same for mine but they came with Marker Griffon bindings, and bases and edges were super clean. These skis are sick, not the best on icy groomers, but as soon as you step into the smallest amount of fresh snow the skis come to life. Best purchase i ever made.
