Binding Adjustment Question

So I'm switching my current boots from a Lange Blaster 90 (320mm BSL) to a Salomon SPK 90 (317mm BSL) is there any necessary adjustment i should make to my 2013 Marker Griffons

Just double check the forward pressure.  There is a screw on the back of the heel piece that moves the binding forward and backward (NOT the DIN screw).  This screw should be flush with the plastic around it when the boot is clicked in.

The one on the movable piece that "comes up" when you click in. The screw you need to move is the one just above the track piece.

I'm sorry, but im not too smart when it comes to bindings, but what is a track piece? Also, do you believe any adjustments are necessary since the sole length is only 3mm of a difference?

With all due respect, since you don't even know which one is the DIN screw, you should take them to a shop and get them adjusted correctly. If you bought the boots from them and they're a legit store they should do it for free.

Sorry for the double post but yes, 3mm is a big enough difference to have a significant effect on how your boot stays in the binding. In this instance, as your boot is 3mm smaller, you won't have enough forward pressure for the heel DIN to be effective.
