Nose Butter Clarification

Hey Guys, I started spinning off 30 + jumps with nose butters and was just doing them by kinda just rotating 90 or so before I take off on the lip. in the picture you posted he's more than 90 degrees at the lip of the jump -- I think the idea is to spin 180 degrees on your noses or tails through the transition, then do your trick

Hopefully I will be able to post a pic or vid of myself doing it. I agree I usually get between 90-270 degrees on lip never more or less unless i've screwed up.

butters off lips and butters of knuckles are two totally different animals, but yes HH's nose butter cork 9 off the knuckle is amazing

Is the general gist of it to just spin to 180 right before the lip/roller and kinda lean forward to get some energy/spring into the tips to launch you off?

Basically imagine doing a 180 right before you take off, except don't actually jump. Leaning forward will grant you enough air to do the 180. After that, just complete your spin in the air and ride away like a pimp.
