I bought some Armada AR7 skis 3 days ago And i got 2 little crack on m'y edge what can i do with that?

what?

when metal rubs up against metal it gets hot and expands then when you land and the snow rapidly cools the metal on your skis and makes it brittle. if you do this all day that metal will eventually break and cause what you know to be edge cracks.

you will not receive any pity from the shop that sold you the skis nor armada themselves. Rail damage is not covered by any ski manufacturer I know of. Edge cracks aren't generally a huge deal so I wouldn't worry about it. But yeah, you're not getting free new skis or anything.

not much you can do to fix edge cracks. Again they aren't a huge deal so I wouldn't worry about it.

You can't fix them, sorry dude. When you smack onto rails it happens. Edge cracks are a b*tch.

this is ridiculously far from correct.

heating up steel to temperatures required for hardening would melt the rest of the ski, so unless you frequently see park skis randomly bursting into flame, this isn't happening.

Mostly what happens is you are slamming a thin, Hardened steel squared wire glued to flexible, mailable materials into other hardened steels which are much bigger, and that causes them to break/crack.

yeh I'm afraid this is true OP, if I got your laptop and hit it against a metal pole with the equivilant force of your body mass I'm not sure how long it would last. I don't understand how people can expect their park skis to withstand this type of treatment. However as said above, if they're just small and theirs only a few of them, it shouldn't be a huge issue for now.

within one day my skis already had like 10 edge cracks. it happens but doesnt affect anything. you really cant fix unless you just get a new pair of skis
