Yeah this happened to me, supposedly sent 1 out 2/3 times, none arrived. Guess that's still happening. He gave me my money back though, let me know if he doesn't give you your money.

He does live in canada, and if you are buying from the US that may be a reason why it doesn't arrive. But as for the quality, my friend bought one, it sucked dick. You might as well lightly wrap a scarf around, or some toilet paper to get better results.
