Uploading to NS problem

I uploaded my video, and when I went to play it, got this message:

It says "failed in step 5:couldn't load playlist". Does anybody know why this may have happened? ++K for help, thanks!

Never mind, I just re-uploaded it



Does anybody know why the uploaded version looks a lot flatter and worse than when I watch it in QuickTime?
