Replying to Camera help.. K+

Yo so I have passive beachtek adapter hooked up to my t2i(so i can use xlr mics) then I have an azden sgm-1x plugged into that. I've been getting a weird beeping sound recently in my audio when recording. It is usually a constant "beep....beep....beep" etc. and has varying pitches. I did some tests with my 1/8th LAV and there was no beeping. It happens with and w/o ML on my cards. happens on all my cards. happens using all imaginable adapter, mic, camera, and ML settings. Help please K+ for help! Thanks. Also this just started happening like 2 or 3 weeks ago, no problems before then...
