Replying to What would you do with..

A spare room (14'x25') in a house you were renting; what would you use it for? This is the situation I am in.

Some options I've thought about include; renting it to someone else (already have two other roommates) but the issue is that the landlord would raise rent $100-200, sadly, because of wear and tear. I already tried having a 3rd roommate incognito but got busted on a whim. If anyone is interested in filling the spare room with their self, they can contact me via PM, so, holler. I go to the U of Utah and ski Snowbird.

Possibly a ping pong table? The only issue with big items like this, is that the stairwell can hardly fit a queen size mattress down it because of the angles. A queen box spring won't fit--just to give an idea of size. Grow weed, you say? Probably not, since I live in UT and am VERY near an elementary school. As much as I'd like to not have to bother a dealer, I don't think this would be the best idea.

Use it as a yoga/meditation room? Quite possibly, but I don't know if I need 350 sq. ft. to do so. Right now it is being used as a spinning room for a training bike. I am open to suggestions, as I'd like to maximize the worth of the rent I'm paying.
