you know that most rape is commited by someone that you know or trust?
there are circumstances in which women do not report rape because they feel responsible-- because they've been told they can prevent it, or they think it's their fault-- the whole point of the poster is to just say "rape is not the victims fault or responsibility to prevent-- so prevention needs to start with the assailant." But it's done in a cheeky/modern way that maybe today's youth or others will respond to.
You either a.) can't handle the concept of the poster entirely or b.) really like to argue
