Not sure if a double post but sort of worried about this.
I just got my Sideseths mounted with a new Look Pivot 18, and there's like a half inch of space in between the toe of my boot and the front of the binding. The tech who mounted them used a jig and said that they were supposed to be like that in order to eject properly, but every other pair of pivots i've seen seem to be flush with the toe and binding.
Any opinions from shop techs or anyone else in the industry?
