tried my first misty off a rail yesterday and ate it so hard. I gues my main problem is that i popped to late. any tips?? +k

Damn, you're really close. I am nowhere near throwing mistys off rails, but to me it looks like you're somewhere in between a 630 and 450... You either need to send it bigger and pull it around to 6 or set more flip to get your feet under you. I say flip more, take it to 450. You probably won't over-rotate and you stand a better chance of making that rotation. Good luck!

you started spinning too late, you gotta really be leaning into your flip while your still on the rail a bit. a side from that just tuck a little more and you'll bring it around. post up when you stomp it.
