Premier Pro n00b question

so I'm tryna export in H.264 at 720p 60fps (That's what I'm shooting in) and it's saying it can't because the frame rate is too high.
what is the solution to this
also
what should i export to to get the highest quality/video smoothness

Export 24p or 30p, not 60 you dont need 60fps in your final product.

Oh, would have figured that'd be why it said it, but anyway yeah just export in 24 like heath said.

Depends what you define better as, I use h.264, and I know lots of other people do too.

h264 is the best export codec, mp4, 24fps, 8000kbps, same frame size as sequence.
