Replying to Concession?

ya, so i am just curious how kerry is planning on dragging this out. kerry is down by 136,000 votes in ohio, with all the precincts in. so he is planning on making up this 136,000 vote deficit with the 200,000 or so provisional ballots? this in just not possible because these 200,000 ballots will likely split nearly even. this means that there is no possible way that kerry can win ohio or the election. it just seems that kerry is delaying the inevitable and should just concede now for the good of this country. there is no sense in dragging this election out for another week for no reason at all...i mean, its one thing to recount and hassle when there is a few hundred vote margin like in 2000. but 136,000 votes?
