like straight air the jump, and then just rotate the lower half of your body left or right about 90 degrees.

and i think lincoln loops or anything with cabbed looks good

it's where you twist your lower body/skis to about a 90 degree angle and bring them back. a shifty 180 would be a shifty first, but instead of going back to straight you continue the spin, slower, to a 180. Then stomp the fuck out of it
