i love my booters but i wish they were tighter around my calf. the top buckle is as tight as it goes and i even moved the cable back into the second slot but it's still not quite tight enough. any ideas of how to make it tighter?
Go see a boot-fitter who can make special foam pads to put between the liner and the cuff. These pads will take up excess volume creating a tighter fit and work very well.
Depends on if they use pre-made foam pieces or are custom shaping it to your exact needs. Pre-made should be about $10 per liner, custom shaped pieces are $20-30 per liner. It also depends if your shop charges for labor & materials. Every shop is different, just give them a call and see what they will do for you, especially if you bought the boots from them.
