quitting chew. 8 year habbit. gunna be hard , but worth it in the end. ive gotton of fentenly cold turkey ( 100mcg/48 hrs ) so i know i can do it, just a mind game with nicotine.. good luck man, hopefully well both be tobacco free by February bro.
