Set Regional Forum

Basically, i was wondering if its is possible to set a regional forum so whenever you click on "Regionals" it goes straight to the area you set. Just makes it a little easier

and If I set my regional forum to Alberta, I wouldn't be able to spy on those damn yanks to the south of me!

If I set my region to Manitoba, then it would be pointless for me altogether and I couldn't creep on anyone including my own region...

then make it like a drop down when you scroll over with any regional forums you want.
