My 2000 GMC Safari is acting strange...

The ABS light goes on and off, along with the air bag light.
The doors lock constantly.
The ding to let me know the lights are on when i turn the car off, randomly dings.
when accelerating it is jumpy and seems like it almost is going to die.

The reason i am posting this on here is because the shop that I JUST PAID 730$ TO get it "FIXED" is closed on sundays...

they replaced the ignition coil, EGR valve, and Instrument Cluster...da fuq if i know what that is..

anyone have any suggestions?!

put up with it for the day and bring it in tomorrow and tell them they didnt do their job right the first time, so you want them to fix it.

obvious answer is obvious.

haha yea i know i just wanted to try to get back to minneapolis today for the vikings packer game.. and to see if there was maybe something simple wrong with it i could try..

to answer your question.. your electrical system is probably fucked up. so no, there is no simple way to fix it.

This. Those most basic place to start is just to check all fuses. Often times a blown fuse can take out multiple items in a vehicle. From there you will need a true mechanic to start checking wires and troubleshooting. Or in current vehicle just plug into the computer and see exactly whats happening.

electrical isn't that difficult if you know how to read a wiring diagram and start checking with a volt meter. The most annoying part is that its time consuming.
