I would suggest just going to scheels or your local hiking store and trying some on while sitting in a chair. Should make the decision a lot easier.

K2 systems are actually super legit. I ski with the smallest (i think) pack for BC they make, and it's perfect for hill shredding, but still fits skins and avi gear for day tours
