Replying to Tired legs?
My first day of the season was Tuesday, and I've gone every day since and plan to go every day until next Wednesday. The only problem is my legs are really out of shape, and they feel like bricks. Not even sore, just really heavy/tired. Are there any stretches or exercises that I could do to loosen them up, or is my only option to suck it up and deal with it?
Couldn't find anything when I searched, but I can't imagine this thread hasn't been done before though. If you know of another thread, point me that way and my bad for the repost
