this shit looks fun, anybody got any experience with BASE/skydiving here? wanna get into it but im guessing itll cost a lot

I have this fear that the parachute won't work or I won't pull it in time. So nope. If you ever do post a vd though, it looks like a rush

yeah ive done some reading up on it and to take a course to learn how to base you need like 150 i think. you could try base jumping illegally without that but you probably wouldnt last for too long :p gonna try to get a skydiving license as soon as i can, but ive heard you need like $10k for all your gear and shit which is gonna suck

^ proximity flying looks so sick. ld like to do that if i ever get good at base jumping

You can use the dropzones gear as well for a pretty reasonable price if you aren't ready to get in too deep. And proximity flying is extremely advanced in the BASE/skydiving world, so maybe focus on the first step, haha. You'd have a long way to go to get proficient enough to even consider a wingsuit jump, much less 10 feet from a cliff face. Skydiving is an amazing sport, definitely worth the money.
