i dont strongly dislike any form of music, personally i like the way pop music is going as compared to a few years ago with the katy perry phase and stuff. im kinda digging the mumford and sons, and of monsters and men stuff.

Just so you know OP, in the broader musical world all your rap, metal, reggae, edm, folk, is all under the pop umbrella. Why? Because it is popular and not especially creative. Saying you don't like "pop" music is dumb.

country is the only music that i cannot stand. i like zach brown band but that's because they do way more than just generic country.

i also don't like really extreme forms of metal because there's no musicality to it, it's just heavy for being heavy's sake. anything that clearly had time and thought put into it i can at least appreciate.

I hope you're not serious about the whole "not creative" kind of thing. All types of music require some sort of creativity to make (Except most pop, since most pop artists don't write their own music). EDM, Metal, and Rap all take immense amounts of creativity to write a song.

I absolutely hate just about everything that is on the radio. I listen to a ton of soul/funk, and a good amount of jazz. I also listen to a bit of alternative.

Yeah anything on the radio and country for the most part, death metal or anything like that, Wolfgang whatever their name is, fake psychotic/fake gangster rap (which is pretty much all gangster rap anyway), and any kind of hipster/folk bands that try too hard.

Im mad pissed I didn't think to give my self the nickname Sosa since Scarface been my favorite movie since I was 3 (for some reason my pops showed it to me as a little kid I been all about it as long as I can remember) it would be bad ass if I had thought of that and peeps called me Sosa.


Neither him or 2 Chainz is that amazing but its hard to be new and creative these days so I like the meaning in their songs. I don't get alone or identify with broke niggas either. I think Love Sosa and I'm Different are as good as any songs i've ever heard on the radio. And they have strait meaning to someone like me who likes his paper and has to hustle I don't have a job.

The best part of the songs is they totally troll haters who hate this type of stuff and are fucking poor and just whine about it instead of doing something about it.

He has some good stuff. I'm not a huge fan of Bun B he throws it down with MGK though. Still better than Justin Bieber and one direction. (Granted they have talent. They have no passion.)
I like most everything but JB, OD, opra, and country (like tear in my beer country. Can't stand it. I like Jason Aldeen and others. Just not annoying songs like tear in my beer.

Odd Future is probably the most overrated rap artist(s) out there, but Earl is okay I guess.

Most modern day country which is really just country-pop is terrible, and "hit music" in general is terrible, with the exception of Frank Ocean and Lana Del Ray.
