The Live Fit series of boots uses a wide forefoot with a medium heel. There is big toe punch already built into the last, which is part of what makes the boot super anatomical. Also, there are medial and lateral zones that constantly adapt to the shape of your foot during skiing. As your foot pronates, weights, unweights, etc these zones are constantly adapting to your foot's changing shape which helps make the boot super comfortable. Eheath has a pair of the Live Fit 120s and really enjoys them. PM him to hear it from him.
With that said, the 80 might be too soft for a guy your size. I would look into the 120 model which will also come with a much more custom and supportive liner.
